Statement of Work – Lead Automation Services
Connecting Meta/Instagram Ads with ManyChat conversational automation to warm up cold audiences and convert DMs into CRM-ready sales leads.
By agreeing to this Statement of Work (SOW), both parties consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein and in the accompanying “Contract” specific to your project, pertaining to the Services to be performed under this SOW.

Term
This SOW commences on the subscription, payment, or acceptance date specified in your invoice or scope request and continues until all services are performed and deliverables provided by Virtually(Creative), unless terminated earlier per the Contract. Expiration or termination of the Contract does not terminate this SOW; all applicable terms and conditions of the Contract remain in effect until this SOW concludes.
Project Description
Virtually(Creative) provides Lead Automation Services via the V(C) Heat Engine framework. Delivering services across three monthly management packages—🔥 Ignite, 🔥🔥 Sustain, and 🔥🔥🔥 Inferno—we build automated messaging pipelines behind Meta/Instagram Ads to capture and nurture leads directly inside Instagram/Facebook conversations. Agency management fees do not scale with ad spend.
Scope of Services
🔥 Ignite Package ($250/month)
For businesses starting out with social ads and direct-message lead capture.
- Management of ~2 active Meta Ad campaigns.
- Basic Instagram DM automation setup via ManyChat (keyword trigger + lead capture).
- LinkTree / Milkshake portal setup and link integration.
- Management and formatting of client-provided visual assets.
- Basic CRM webhook connection (syncs leads into standard CRM / email software).
- Monthly performance & lead analytics report.
🔥🔥 Sustain Package ($650/month)
For growing businesses wanting advanced branching logic, custom graphics, and full CRM integrations.
- Includes everything in 🔥 Ignite, plus:
- Management of ~6 active Meta Ad campaigns.
- Advanced interactive DM workflows (quizzes, decision-tree follow-ups, re-engagement triggers).
- Custom branded graphics and social ad images designed by Virtually(Creative).
- Offer / Services Guide creation & PDF opt-in asset design.
- Custom webhook connections (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make).
- LinkTree / portal optimization pass.
🔥🔥🔥 Inferno Package ($1,250/month)
For high-volume brands spending $5k+/mo on ad spend looking for elite video-first content and deep conversion funnels.
- Includes everything in 🔥🔥 Sustain, plus:
- Management of ~12+ active Meta Ad campaigns.
- Professional video ad creation and video editing for social ad placements.
- Full Website / Landing Page Funnel strategy & conversion audit.
- Advanced behavioral tagging and re-targeting audience setup.
- Account managed directly in client’s native Business Manager or agency partner portal.
- Requires $5,000/month minimum ad spend.
Project Specifications
The project breakdown includes the following phases for all tiers:
- Kick-Off & Flow Mapping: 1-hour strategy session to map ad offers, DM trigger keywords, and CRM tags.
- Meta Ads & ManyChat Build: Building campaign structures in Meta Manager and assembling ManyChat logic.
- Asset & Copy Approval: Client reviews ad graphics/videos, DM dialogue scripts, and webhook fields.
- End-to-End QA: Simulating ad clicks, comment triggers, DM flows, and CRM payload sync.
- Launch & Optimization: System activation, daily ad monitoring, and monthly ROI reporting.
Kick-off Requirements:
Project commencement requires the following:
- Kick-off Requirements:
- Approved decision-maker(s).
- Signed Contract.
- First payment processed.
- Scheduled kick-off call.
Timeline Adjustments:
Delays caused by revisions or missed deadlines will necessitate a revised timeline based on Virtually(Creative)’s availability. Additional charges may apply.
Acceptance Criteria
Approval Period:
Clients have 5 business days to review and approve ad copy, visual assets, and ManyChat conversational flows. Lack of response within this period constitutes approval (“deemed approval”).
Assumptions and Dependencies
- All services are provided remotely.
- Customer pays Meta ad spend and software subscriptions (ManyChat, CRM) directly to vendors.
- Customer must grant access to Meta Business Manager, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and ManyChat.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project workflow and timely delivery of the services outlined in this SOW, the following are the Customer’s responsibilities:
- Platform Access: Granting administrative permissions across Meta, Instagram, ManyChat, and CRM.
- Lead Conversion: Prompt handling of qualified leads handed off from automated DMs.
- Content Provision (Ignite tier): Providing raw media assets on time.
Dormancy:
If a project is inactive for 21 business days due to lack of client response, it will be considered dormant and may be subject to restart fees equal to the project’s list price.
Confidentiality & NDA:
A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request prior to project kick-off.
Accessibility
Virtually(Creative) is committed to creating inclusive digital experiences by adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility best practices wherever possible. Our approach ensures that accessibility is prioritized throughout the design and development process.
We utilize automated tools to assess compliance and address accessibility during implementation. However, Customer input may be required for full remediation, particularly for content or features that require specific business processes.
It is important to note that while Virtually(Creative) strives to make websites as accessible as possible, achieving 100% accessibility compliance may not always be feasible due to limitations in WordPress or other technologies. For certain mandatory business processes, a fully code-level accessible solution may not be possible. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we aim to provide solutions that maximize inclusivity without compromising essential functionality.
