By agreeing to this Statement of Work (SOW), both parties consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein and in the accompanying “Contract” specific to your project, pertaining to the Services to be performed under this SOW.

This SOW commences on the subscription, payment, or acceptance date specified in your invoice or scope request and continues until all services are performed and deliverables provided by Virtually(Creative), unless terminated earlier per the Contract. Expiration or termination of the Contract does not terminate this SOW; all applicable terms and conditions of the Contract remain in effect until this SOW concludes.
Virtually(Creative) will deliver Social Media Management Services under one of three packages—Good, Better, or Best—or a standalone Social Media Audit package. Each package includes specific deliverables detailed in the Scope of Services below.
Good Package ($999/month):
Designed for clients who provide their own content but require strategic management and scheduling.
•Social Media Strategy & Scheduling: Develop a tailored posting schedule aligned with your marketing objectives.
•Content Management: Organize and schedule client-supplied content across selected platforms.
•Analytics & Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Better Package ($2850/month):
Ideal for clients seeking professional content creation in addition to management services.
•Includes all services from the Good Package.
•Custom Graphics & Branded Images: Create visually engaging images tailored to your brand identity.
•Strategy Adjustments Based on Trends: Regularly update strategies to leverage current social media trends.
Best Package ($5500/month):
Comprehensive solution offering advanced content creation and engagement strategies.
•Includes all services from the Better Package.
•Professional Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content to enhance audience engagement.
•Advanced Engagement Strategies: Implement tactics to foster deeper connections with your audience.
Social Media Audit ($499 – 30-Day Analysis):
A thorough evaluation of your current social media presence with actionable insights.
•Platform Analysis: Assess existing social media accounts to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
•Audience Insights: Analyze follower demographics and engagement patterns.
•Competitor Benchmarking: Evaluate your performance relative to competitors.
•Content Performance Review: Determine which content types resonate most with your audience.
•Actionable Recommendations: Provide a customized 30-day plan with posting tips and strategies.
The project encompasses the following phases for all packages:
•Kick-Off Call: 1-hour session to define project scope and objectives.
•Planning: Develop a content calendar and strategy tailored to your brand.
•Implementation: Execute the strategy, including content creation (if applicable) and scheduling.
•Monitoring & Engagement: Track performance and engage with the audience as per the selected package.
•Reporting: Deliver regular reports detailing key metrics and insights.
Kick-Off Requirements:
To initiate the project, the following are required:
•Approved decision-maker(s).
•Signed Contract.
•First payment processed.
•Scheduled kick-off call.
Timeline Adjustments:
Delays caused by revisions or missed deadlines will necessitate a revised timeline based on Virtually(Creative)’s availability. Additional charges may apply.
Approval Period:
Clients have 5 business days to review and approve deliverables. Lack of response within this period constitutes approval (“deemed approval”).
•All services are provided remotely.
•Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to social media accounts.
•Timely feedback and approvals are essential to maintain the project schedule.
To ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
•Content Submission (Good Package): Providing all content for scheduling.
•Account Access: Granting necessary permissions to Virtually(Creative) for account management.
•Timely Feedback: Providing prompt feedback and approvals to avoid delays.
Dormancy:
Projects with no client response within 21 business days will be deemed dormant, potentially incurring restart fees equal to the project’s list price.
